ARPAnno

ARPAnno (Actin Related Proteins Annotation server) is a web tool that automatically annotates protein sequences according to the ARP classification. Positioning the query protein in its aligned functional ARP family represents a key step to obtain highly reliable prediction.
The Multiple Alignment of Complete Sequences of all ARPs is available here.

1- Input your protein sequence
Please enter or "cut and paste" here your protein sequence in FASTA format. You may use the following examples extracted from UniProt (ex : ACTZ_HUMAN and Q5ZM58_CHICK).

or enter your session ID (results will be available as long as disk space is available).
