Phylogenetic profile search

Find all proteins from a given species following a selected phylogenetic profile.

How to use

  1. Select a database. You can query a domain specific database (Eukaryota, Bacteria, Archaea) or cross-domain database.

  2. Select your query species. You will obtain proteins of this species as results.

  3. Define a phylogenetic profile. Select clades or species in the taxonomic tree.

Clicking on a clade/species once will select it as present, clicking twice will select it as absent. Clicking a third time will reset it.

Legend:
Unselected
Present (at least one member of the clade is present in the phylogenetic profile)
Absent (all members of the clade are absent in the phylogenetic profile)
